All Auctions: Online Bidding Terms:

 

As a convenience, Hall and Hall Auctions offers qualified Bidders the option to participate in auctions as an Online-Internet Bidder without attending the live event. All Online-Internet bids shall be treated as offers made in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of sale. The Online-Internet Bidder acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the auction.

 

All Online-Internet bids shall be treated as offers made in accordance with the Contract of Sale of Real Estate and successful bidders will enter into such contract immediately following the auction. The Online-Internet Bidder acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to the Contract of Sale of Real Estate.

 

The Online-Internet Bidder acknowledges that conditions of the auction may change as announced via the Auction Day Announcements. Therefore, the Online-Internet Bidder waves the right to notification of such changes and agrees to be bound by the announced changes, whether or not the Online-Internet Bidder has become aware or not.

·       Hall and Hall Auctions will make a reasonable effort to inform the Online-Internet Bidder of such changes made to the Terms & Conditions or Contract of Sale of Real Estate.

·       In the event of a critical and/or substantial change where appropriate communication has not been achieved, Hall and Hall Auctions reserve the right to not present Online-Internet Bids as requested.

 

Hall and Hall Auctions will make every effort to provide the agreed upon service requested; however, Hall and Hall Auctions is providing this service as a convenience only and cannot be held responsible for errors, failure to present bids, or technology or service-related issues.
